For the time being, ALL clients are required to wear a face mask inside the shop & remain on, no exceptions. We want all of our customers to feel safe & comfortable while we transition gradually. We are exercising our business right as per the California Dept. of Health's Face Covering Guidance effective June 15th.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If you have a mask exemption due to medical conditions or impairment, do not book an appointment or you will be turned away. If you don't bring your own mask, you will be refused service. In this case, your service will be charged 100% for the booked time (same as our No-Show/24hr Cancellation policy).

Face covering must be put on before entering the salon. This is mandated by the State of California. If you do not have one, a disposable mask can be purchased for $5 each.
If you or anyone in your household has a temperature or are sick, stay home. If you have allergies and cannot control your sneezing, stay home.

We are committed to your health and safety. The Board of Cosmetology requires the sanitization of all instruments prior to use. At Mizu, after the instruments are sanitized, they are sterilized and then placed in a germ free cabinet until use, eliminating all possibilities of bacteria growth.
